As chartered surveyors we are panel valuers for many banks and other lending institutions and consequently we can undertake Red Book compliance valuations.

Our valuation service is provided by a team of valuers with decades of combined experience in licensed property matters.

Sidney Phillips, in addition to being chartered surveyors, are also members of the Association of Valuers of Licensed Property.

Energy performance Certificates
