The Sun Inn, a closed pub situated in the village of Old Colwyn, Conwy, has been sold through licensed property specialist Sidney Phillips.
The coastal village of Old Colwyn lies just east of Colwyn Bay in the North Wales of county on Conwy. The Sun Inn sits on Abergele Road surrounded by other retail and hospitality outlets and a short distance from Colwyn Bay’s sandy beaches and promenade that run for three miles to neighbouring Rhos on Sea.
The property was constructed circa 1830 and comprises an open plan bar area which retains many of its original features, a central bar servery, and snug areas offering seating for 40 patrons. There is also a lounge bar come games room to the rear of the building which featured pool table, darts throw, TVs and eating for 30. The owners’ accommodation is set over the first floor featuring lounge, kitchen, bathroom, office and four double bedrooms.

Sidney Phillips sold Sun Inn off a freehold asking price of £165,000.
