The Old School Lodge, a 38-bed hostel situated in the village of Deiniolen in Gwynedd, has been sold through specialist business property adviser, Sidney Phillips.
This former schoolhouse dates to 1855 and set in approximately 0.72 acres in a mountainside village. Deiniolen lies at the foot of the Elidir Fawr mountain, six miles from Caernarfon and offers spectacular views and conveniently located to explore the numerous walking, hiking and cycling routes the national park has to offer.
