The Anchorage Hotel, a 25 bedroom hotel, bar and restaurant situated in the village of Four Mile Bridge in Anglesey, has been sold through property specialist Sidney Phillips.
The prominent building is located on the B4545 between Valley and Holyhead, facing the Cymyran Strait which connects Anglesey to Holy Island. The hotel had been family run for over 50 years and enjoys local and passing trade due to its position close to the Port of Holyhead and perfect location from which to explore the Isle of Anglesey.
The Anchorage’s main building is a detached two-storey building which was constructed in 1911 and comprises 17 en suite letting rooms, a breakfast room, dining room and lounge bar, as well as a bar with external seating to the front of the property and sizeable car park.

After the property being on the market with competitor for a number of years, Sidney Phillips sold The Anchorage Hotel off an asking price of £1,350,000.
