Leisure and hospitality specialist Sidney Phillips has successfully let the Curlew in Bodiam, a well-known former Michelin Star restaurant/bar.
Having sold the freehold interest to a regional investor only five weeks prior, Sidney Phillips have agreed and executed the letting of the premises to experienced operators who intend to reopen the business very soon.
The Curlew is an eye-catching Grade II listed public house commanding a prominent position on a busy crossroad on a rat-run between Hawkhurst and the coast. The property has been heavily invested in in recent years and is presented to a superb standard throughout requiring little to no investment, a true turnkey opportunity.
