The Royal Oak is located in the village of Rye Foreign, approximately two miles north-west of the historic Cinque Ports citadel town of Rye. Although the pub side of the business is currently closed, the B&B aspect is popular with visitors and tourists due to its prime location close to Rye and the South Coast.
The freehold interest of the property has been sold off an asking price of £525,000 to local existing operators, who are looking to reopen the property in its entirety following a refurbishment program.
