Leisure and hospitality agent Sidney Phillips has announced the successful letting of The Oddfellows Arms, a two-storey pub and restaurant with nine letting bedrooms, situated in the East Yorkshire village of Carlton near Goole.
The premises is located on the Carlton High Street, directly opposite the renowned Carlton Towers wedding venue. It comprises a main bar, restaurant, ground floor cellar, commercial kitchen, nine en suite letting bedrooms, a three-bedroom private accommodation and a sizeable car park.
Zaine Lamont, Regional Valuations Manager handled the letting and commented: “We are pleased to have been trusted once again by our clients to procure a new long term tenant for The Oddfellows Arms.
