Barley Hops, a town centre micro pub situated in Congleton, Cheshire, has been sold through licensed property specialist Sidney Phillips.
The two-storey mid-terrace property sits in the heart of Congelton town centre and comprises of a ground floor trade area with seating for 50, stylishly decorated and furnished with access to small courtyard seating area. The first floor offers an additional trade space which operates as a cocktail bar and also includes trade kitchen and customer toilets.
The business is hugely popular on the towns drinking circuit and specialises in cask, craft and continental ales whilst the cocktail bar is also used for private events and functions.
