Licensed property specialist Sidney Phillips has successfully completed the letting of The Fox, a destination food-led pub and restaurant located in the village of Lyng, Norfolk.
The Fox is a two-storey semi-detached public house, benefitting from being located in an enviable village green position. The premises briefly comprises five internal trade areas, a ground floor cellar, commercial kitchen, three-bedroom accommodation and two sizeable car parks.
The business has been operated as a destination food-led public house hosting a variety of events and functions including quizzes, live music gigs, charity bake-offs and street food pop-ups.
