Sidney Phillips has announced that 6 Market Place, more commonly known as Eden Wine Bar, a closed late-night bar situated in the Lincolnshire market town of Grantham, has now been let on a new free-of-tie lease.
The premises comprises a sizeable ground floor main bar, rear lounge, commercial kitchen, basement cellar, enclosed trade patio with brick outbuilding and a large accommodation across the first and second floors.
Until April 2026, 6 Market Place operated as Brown’s Cocktail Bar, trading primarily as a late-night bar and nightclub. It showcased a number of themed evenings including ‘Over 30s’ events and outdoor BBQs. In addition, the venue was available for private hire functions such as birthday parties and other celebratory occasions, as well as providing cocktail making events. In recent years the premises has been more widely known for its previous iteration as Eden Wine Bar.
