The Fox in Kirton, a destination, food-led public house has been sold through specialist pub agent Sidney Phillips.
The Fox occupies a two-storey detached public house position in a prominent position in the centre of the village of Kirton near Newark. The property briefly comprises an open plan bar/restaurant, snug, conservatory, commercial kitchen, basement cellar and three en suite letting bedrooms. Externally there is a sizeable car park and lawned beer garden.
The business hosts a variety of functions and events such as live music nights, open mic sessions, birthday parties, wedding receptions, christenings, baby showers and wakes. It also hosts a book club, a craft and chat group, and a Qigong group as well as supports a number of local football teams.

Sidney Phillips sold The Fox in Kirton off a leasehold asking price of £70,000, with the lease assigned to business partners hailing from Monmouthshire in Wales.
