The Falcon Inn, a popular public house located in the Canning Circus area of Nottingham, has been sold through specialist pub agent Sidney Phillips.
The Falcon Inn, which is purported to date back to the 1850s, is a three-storey public house benefitting from a main bar, snug, basement cellar, first floor restaurant and commercial kitchen. The premises also benefits from a two-bedroom flat.
The sellers have owned and operated the Falcon Inn since June 2013, during which time they have created and established a renowned community public house and restaurant offering a wide selection of real ales. The kitchen provides bar snacks, homemade desserts and Sunday roasts, in addition to occasional vegetarian options. The venue hosts a variety of events such as quizzes, broadcast sporting occasions and a number of private/celebratory functions such as birthday parties.

Sidney Phillips sold the Falcon Inn off a Freehold asking price of £295,000.
