Leisure and hospitality specialist Sidney Phillips has announced the sale of the Queens Head Hotel in Llanidloes.
The Queens Head Hotel stands in the centre of the town amongst a number of hotel, leisure and retail properties. It forms part of a terrace and offers two separate businesses: the public house and the letting accommodation to the rear. The letting block to the rear was developed in approximately 2010 and is of ‘new build’ quality, housing four en suite letting bedrooms.
In addition, there is a spacious four-bedroom owners’ accommodation on the upper floors of the original building.
The Queens Head Hotel has been under the same ownership for the past 20 years, operating as a public house with rooms serving the local population and the large number of visitors to the area, especially those who enjoy outdoor country pursuits such as walking, cycling, fishing, pony trekking.
The business has been sold for continued use, so that the outgoing owners can enjoy retirement.
The Queens Head Hotel was sold off an asking price of £195,000.
