Specialist public house agent, Sidney Phillips has completed the sale of The Black Bull, a 19th century coaching inn located within the North Ayrshire town of Dalry.
Prior to sale, the property had seen recent investment to the internal trade areas and a repainted exterior, in addition to newly fitted electrics, plumbing and customer bathrooms.
Internally the premises benefits from a main bar, lounge, basement cellar and a three-bedroom private flat.
The business has been operated as a wet-led community local with strong repeat trade. It hosts live music in addition to pool and dominos teams, as well as having links with the local football team - Dalry Thistle FC.

Sidney Phillips sold the Black Bull off a freehold asking price of £160,000.
