Sidney Phillips have announced the Barley Mow in Walderton has been let and re-opened for business.
The Barley Mow is situated in the picturesque surroundings of the stunning South Downs National Park, in an area of unspoilt rolling hills, ancient woodland and open farmland. Nearby are the attractions of Stansted Park, Racton Monument, Goodwood, Hayling Island and the Chichester Harbour National Landscape.
The Barley Mow is a traditional two-storey public house with bar and dining areas for 90 covers, a function room with skittle alley, two-bedroom accommodation and quaint trade gardens.
The property has been let on a new free-of-tie lease agreement to first-time operators who boast an impressive background in the industry. Following a refurbishment they have re-opened this closed village pub, which is now trading from strength to strength.
