Leisure property specialist Sidney Phillips has completed the sale of The Storehouse Bar & Eatery, a two-storey bar and restaurant in the popular North Yorkshire cathedral city of Ripon.
The premises is located on Blossomgate, a short walk from the city centre and the city’s main amenities. Internally the premises comprises two open plan trade areas, ground floor cellar, commercial kitchen and private office.
The business had been operated by our outgoing clients since 2019, trading as a neighbourhood bar and lounge, renowned for its range of cask and draught beers, carefully selected wines, cocktails and informal food offering which includes hand-stretched pizzas and charcuterie. The business also hosted a variety of events such as live music gigs, comedy evenings and private functions.

Sidney Phillips sold the Storehouse Bar & Eatery off a leasehold asking price of £45,000.
