The Rampant Horse, a closed pub situated in the village of Freethorpe in Norfolk, has been sold through specialist pub agent Sidney Phillips.
The Rampant Horse is a two-storey detached public house benefiting from three internal trade areas, commercial kitchen, car park and trade patio, as well as a four-bedroom owners’ accommodation.
Zaine Lamont, Regional Valuations Manager for the Eastern Counties handled the sale and commented: “Having sold the premises to the freeholder in November 2020, I am extremely pleased to have now found them a long-term tenant, who is enthusiastic about regenerating the business, benefiting from the buying power that a new free-of-tie lease brings”.
Sidney Phillips let the Rampant Horse off a leasehold asking price of £20,000, with the lease being granted to an individual with prior experience in the hospitality sector.
