The Business
Our clients purchased the property in December 2007, when it was closed. They subsequently carried out a complete refurbishment programme of the property and established a healthy level of trade based mainly on the catering side of the business with Sunday Carveries especially popular. Due to ill health and the demands of a young family, the property closed in October 2012. The last financial accounts for the year ending April 2012 showed takings net of VAT of £142,000, split two-thirds wet sales and one-third food sales.
