Our Executive Chairman, John Williams, is one of the best-known valuers in the industry having specialised exclusively in the hotel and leisure trade since 1966.

John is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, as well as a Fellow of the Association of Valuers of Licensed Property.

It is widely believed that John holds the honour of being the only valuer to have ever raced in the Grand National in the morning, and conduct a tenancy changeover in the afternoon.
